Fundacja Instytut Re-Integracji Spolecznej, Poland

The foundation “Institute of Social Re-Integration” was established in 2016. Its main goal is broadly understood cultural and artistic education of children, adolescents and adults, mainly in the non-formal sphere. The Institute creates international multilateral consortia, thanks to which it deepens Europe’s cohesion and promotes pro-European citizenship. The Foundation supports all young creative people who want to deepen their passions, publicly proclaim their beliefs and improve the world. Our organisation addresses a lot of activities to disadvantaged groups.

Go-Woman! Alliance Community Interest Company, UK

Go-Woman Alliance CIC (GOAL) was established in 2011 as a social enterprise which seeks to address social exclusion and increase innovation amongst minority ethnic communities. Our specialism lies with working with disadvantaged communities, including migrants, asylum seekers, refugees, women and young people. GOAL has become a lighthouse of support for individuals from ethnic backgrounds. In the greater Birmingham area, we support minorities – including migrants and refugees – move into meaningful employment or self-employment and integrate with society. GOAL also utilises their expertise in the field of social innovation and enterprise to help organisations develop their strategic and operational capabilities and work towards a quality standard that will help organisations to be ‘fit for purpose’.

Our core specialism lies with working with disadvantaged communities, including ethnic women and young people predominately from the South Asian community. Our work in this area has involved the management, development and delivery of innovative programmes to overcome language and cultural issues faced by these minority groups and the creation of innovative social business models to provide employment and income opportunities.

NIKANOR LTD, Bulgaria

Nikanor Ltd was established in 2002 as a private company working in the field of recruitment, adults traning and human resources management and development. In 2003 it was licensed by NAVET as an adults vocational training center. In 2012 Nikanor Ltd also received a license from NAVET as a Center for Information and Guidance (CIPO). It is also certified under quality management system ISO 9001:2000.

From 2019 we’re a member of EfVET. EfVET is one of the leading European-wide professional associations which has been created by, and for, Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers.

The company operates on the teritory of entire Europe, depending on the projects it has. It offers educational trainings in 25 professions and 32 specialties, language courses and soft skill trainings. We continuously update our programmes and develop new training modules. Our focus is not only on course content but also on improving methodology and including modern pegagogical tools and methods. We offer classroom-based trainings, online trainings, blended learning, virtual classrooms, etc.
Nikanor also offers informal and non-formal learning and aims to promote youth participation in social projects and programmes at local level (cultural integration, volunteering, entrepreneurship…). All our projects and initiatives aim to involve educators, teachers, professors, students and the whole community in carrying out projects and programmes that promote coaching, mentoring, life-long learning and develop participants’ communication, leadership and occupational skills.

Asociatia Institutul pentru Parteneriat Social Bucovina, Romania

BUCOVINA INSTITUTE is a NGO founded in 2011, located in Suceava, Romania and its mission is to support the sustainable development of the communities in the North-East of Romania, South-West of Ukraine and the entire Republic of Moldova, by establishing partnerships for learning, organizing and conducting training programs and promoting continuous education for adults.

Bucovina Institute’s main objectives are the following:

  • Creating programs to facilitate intercultural learning, cross-border cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of social economy and employability of vulnerable people on the labor market.
  • Supporting young people and adults from rural areas, migrants, minorities and people with disabilities to ensure access to all forms of learning, access to the labor market and organizing business start-up programs.
  • Promoting regional and community development by conducting qualification, re-qualification, training, specialization, apprenticeship courses, and setting up skills assessment and certification programs with non-discriminatory access for all social categories.
  • Organizing volunteering activities for the development of work skills and thematic trainings to prevent trafficking in human beings, bullying and segregation of Roma children and children with disabilities, in schools.
  • Providing accredited social support services for the social inclusion of people at risk of poverty.

DOMSPAIN CONSULTING SL, Spain

DomSpain is an adult education organisation specialised in the field of education and training, vocational studies, occupational, social and intercultural skills, languages and new technologies. DomSpain aims to improve the quality of education and adult training, promoting and facilitating the access, of both teachers and learners, to new technologies and innovative teaching tools. They are active on a national and international level and offer a variety of services to the public and private sector, participating actively in international projects through a well-established network of partners abroad.

Their Training department develops educational programmes; courses and workshops for adult learners, VET activities trainings for educators focusing on improving foreign language competences, use of digital tools and new teaching methods, etc.

DomSpain has vast expertise in accessing, managing, implementing and monitoring EU funded projects. They develop online environments and interfaces for educational purposes and lead ICT and technologies activities for many EU projects. They are accredited by the Employability Service of Catalonia as a consultancy, recruitment and training center to coordinate local, national and international mobilities and internships of VET students. It is also a member of the LET HER IN International Network, efVET and CEFEC.

Foundation STREFA “The Zone of Inspiration and Development”

We are a non-profit organization. We work on a local, regional, national and international level. The main objective of our organization is education (i.a. supporting, promotion and development of children and youth’s educational path), culture, art, promotion of health and sports. We also support new reforms in non-formal education, shape pro-European civic attitudes, popularize the idea of European integration and implement democracy rules. 

Through our projects we want to provide new solutions in various fields of social life especially to protect human rights and freedom and to make people treat each citizen equally regardless of their religion, beliefs and background or history, but also we want to entrench some universal values in them, teach entrepreneurship and equip them with transversal skills or abilities useful in adult life i.a: creativity, imagination, critical thinking, teamwork, independence, problem-solving, decisiveness etc. 

We work with vulnerable groups or those exposed to social exclusion i.a.: disabled youth, NEETs, seniors, migrants or refugees. We cooperate with various organizations and organize public presentations, debates and conferences targeted at entrepreneurship, respect for EU citizens and social inclusion.
